What I like about today:
1. Denali has busted out her winter ski vest.
2. Brent brought home flowers and cleaned the house.
3. We just went to Seaboard Station to this organic grocery store where a group of old men were playing bluegrass on the porch and we mixed our own six pack. Felt like Asheville.
What I don't like about today:
1. The last two days people have commented on how tired I look in the AM. I must be quite a sight because one person who noticed was a totally self-consumed 7th grader. Operation Take Back the Morning is not working. Abort, Abort!
2. I am trying to watch Tift Merritt on the Grand Ole Opry right now, but I keep vomiting in my mouth at the lyrics of some of these other singers and ads for songs by the "master of the power ballad." Right now the guy who is starring in the Billy Graham movie is talking about how the learned his part by watching a 'multitude' of youtube videos.
3. Tahoe ate a box of tampons. Nice. I'm sure those won't show up later.
