The Genius Bar was everything you'd expect and more. The trendy girl also awaiting her appointment 'up and downed' my slightly-chunkier-than-her-bright-pink-computer. Keith, who helped me out, said things like, "Well, there was sort of a recall on these plugs, so we'll just replace your since it's a hazard" and was wearing a shirt that said 'all heroes don't wear capes.' Clearly a genius, this man.
And, I did wear my glasses today just in case I had to look the part.
