Bad-Ass Points and Snow Days

Here are the reasons that I rack up 3 B.A. points this week:
#1) I went for a run in Asheville on Saturday morning when it was 5 degrees. No lie.
#2) I went for a run in Knoxville on their greenway (which, btw, every city should have a greenway) and it was cold and SNOWING.
#3) I went for a run this morning and had to dodge ice the whole time. And it's only 20 degrees today. (I am really glad this is a post about a successful run and not about me busting my face open while falling on ice because I'm the idiot who went for a run today.)

On snow days I do things I don't normally do, like:
#1) Floss my teeth
#2) Dust the living room bookshelves
#3) Wear flannel-lined pants and waterproof boots
#4) Make Brent walk home after watching State lose just so I can enjoy the snow even more
#5) Let Tahoe off the leash so she can romp in snow
#6) Write a blog post.

I LOVE SNOW DAYS. Thank you, Raleigh, for proving me wrong.
